We attach great importance to ensuring that our high data protection requirements are always met. We use AI tools in a targeted and considered manner, always focussing on the added value for our customers. One example of this is our decision not to use chatbots in customer communication. Personal contact and individualised advice are essential for us and our customers and cannot be replaced by any technology.

Our philosophy is not to use AI tools just to show that we are at the cutting edge of technology. Instead, we are constantly examining how the integration of AI into our products and services can create real added value for our customers.
